Tyler Grundvig is one of the Co-Founders of Pixvid. He has worked in the real estate industry since 2002, first as a Certified Residential Appraiser, where he performed more than 3,000 appraisals in the Pikes Peak Region. He transitioned to real estate marketing in 2007 with the use of interactive floor plan tours.

He has had his work displayed in national and international publications. He firmly believes his appraisal experience contributes to his real estate photography because when he walks into a house he quickly identifies the noteworthy features of the home, which features are upgrades, which features are standard, and which features are going to make the house stand out from the competition. By using this knowledge he is able to communicate the most complimentary story of each home through the use of digital media. His vision for PixVid is to one day be a national brand that real estate professionals, designers, builders, and commercial businesses come to for all their marketing needs.

Tyler is a husband and a father. He has been married to his best friend since August of 2000. He is a proud father to a son that is also a recognized photographer, his son was a published photographer at the age of six years old. Family is one of the most important things for Tyler and why he works so hard. His current endeavors include training and development of PixVid for the expansion of new markets across the country and constantly striving to improve upon our current services.

When he's not out drawing floor plans, taking photos, shooting video, or working on business development, you can find him coaching varsity football at CSCS, where his son attends school and plays football. His hobbies include working out, landscape photography, and being a total goof for his wife and son.
